Client Policy

At Rabbott Interiors, I am committed to providing a thoughtful, elevated, and seamless design experience. Each service is carefully curated to ensure clarity, intention, and results you can confidently bring to life in your own home.

All services are provided virtually and require full payment in advance to secure your project. Due to the custom nature of each design, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, photos, inspiration, and any required details prior to the start of the project. Rabbott Interiors is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided.

Each service includes a specified number of revisions. Any additional revisions or changes beyond the scope of the selected service may require an additional fee.

Design concepts, layouts, and recommendations are created specifically for each client and are intended for personal use only. These materials may not be shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

While I strive to recommend pieces that align with your style, budget, and availability, Rabbott Interiors is not responsible for changes in pricing, stock availability, shipping delays, or third-party vendor issues.

All product suggestions are based on availability at the time of sourcing. I am not responsible for changes in pricing, stock, shipping delays, or third-party vendor performance.
